Hello Joy, LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to the privacy of those individuals and entities using our website at hellojoy.ai (the “Site”) and our application, which is provided via Facebook Messenger and Slack, collectively, the Site and our application are referred to as the “Services”. This Privacy Policy applies to and governs data collection and usage through the through the Services. By using the Services, including the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this privacy policy.

“You” and “your” mean the individual or entity visiting or using the Site.

We keep track of the pages our customers visit within the Site and third-party web sites that provide services to or through Hello Joy, LLC, in order to determine what services are the most popular. Note About Children

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Transfer of Ownership

If ownership of Hello Joy, LLC or any of the Services changes, whether in whole or in part, information collected about you may be transferred to the new owner so the associated Services can continue. Under Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can obtain certain information from companies with whom they have an established business relationship.
